We want you to feel confident when shopping with Lumière Red. If you are not satisfied with your order, contact us at support@lumierered.com within 30 days of receiving your item.

To request a return, include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short reason for the return. Items should be returned in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging where possible.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Shipping times and refund processing times may vary by payment provider.
